English made me do it

....well i mean it did!

So anyway...in English we've been reading a book called Farewell to Manzanar and we read "The Diary of Anne Frank" (play version)...so apparently there's a SLIGHT OBSESSION with WWII, but ya know...

Anyway. we were given ...4 options?
well, we could write an "I Am" poem (aka THE MOST EVIL LITTLE FUCKER YOU WILL EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH FORMAT-WISE EVER.) or we could write a free-verse poem about either the Holocaust or Manzanar/internment camps in the U.S.
So of course Morgan, Vanessa, Sweena, i think Emily, and decide to write a free verse...
in case you can't tell, it's about the Holocaust...JUST IN CASE.

also i have one other fixed-format poem from English last year that my dad yelled at me for working too hard on it...? yeah i don't really know why he yelled at me either...hm.

also i have NO FREAKING IDEA WHY but i was argueing with this kid named Jake in my head the entire time i was drawing this. he pisses me off. him and this one other person apparently believe me to be the only artist at my school, which is REALLY offensive because uh, hello, Momo goes to my school and i consider her my equal in every right. also is an artist and up with us on the art scale and...whatever. it pisses me off when people say that kind of stuff. i don't care if it's technically positive things towards me, it's not right because it isn't true. yes, i'm a very good artist for my age with a lot of potential, but it's not exactly like i'm the only one out there. like i said, ever since i met Momo, i've considered her my equal on art (and many other) terms. there's some things i'm better at and some things she's better at, sure, but we're still equals. i don't know...he said this thing monday and started harassing me about what i'd draw on my poem and wouldn't leave me alone when i told him to, but luckily Vanessa stepped and saved my ass
